At Blue Creek Baptist Church, our mission is to go and make disciples of all nations. This commitment is not simply a statement, but a call to walk together in faith, hope, and love. We see the church as a fellowship of believers, dedicated to spiritual growth and to supporting one another on the journey of faith. Our aim is to embody the teachings of Christ in all we do, creating an environment where everyone is welcomed, valued, and encouraged to serve.

The Staff
Lead Pastor Tra Williams
Pastor Tra Williams accepted the call to serve as the leader of Blue Creek Baptist in June 2025. Before joining Blue Creek, Pastor Tra spent eight years fulfilling various ministry responsibilities as an Associate Pastor. Additionally, Tra invested fifteen years facilitating small groups at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Billings. Tra is married to Kristi, and together they have three adult children, one child still at home, and two grandchildren.
Associate Pastor Mike Bane
Pastor Mike Bane accepted the call to serve as Associate Pastor in August 2025. Prior to joining Blue Creek, Pastor Mike served at Emmanuel Baptist for over a year and at Fincastle Baptist for nine years, contributing to a variety of ministries. His experience includes work in Kidz Outdoors, Jail and Prison Ministry, Rescue Mission, and Men’s Leadership Ministry. Pastor Mike is single, has one married son, and one grandchild.
